Ingredients

Soya 40gm

Potato 60gm

Atta 100gm

Milk 100ml

Chole 40gm

Tomato 100gm

Onion 60gm

Cream 15gm

Ghee 15gm

Method

Step 1

Boil soya -> Drain out water -> Grind them.

Step 2

Mix it with boiled potato.

Step 3

Add masalas and salt as per your choice.

Step 4

Make Stuffing and fill it in the dough.

Step 5

Make a flat chapati and apply water in one side.

Step 6

Put chapati in warm tawa.

Step 7

Add Ghee in kadhai-> Add Jira -> Add Onion and let it cook.

Step 8

Add tomatoes and let it cook and cool down.

Step 9

Put the whole mixture in grinder and add ml of milk.

Step 10

Put the puree in the kadhai and add chole to it and let it cook.

Step 11

Put the remaining ghee and cream on your roti and serve it hot.
