1 Green chilli
Ginger garlic paste

turmaric
garam masala
coriander powder
fresh coriander
cumin seeds
Grind soya chunks(make fine powder) Take half onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, fresh coriander and cumin seeds and Grind it as well
Mix both together and add salt, coriander powder, turmaric, garam masala mix well. And after that add water and make a dough
Deep hand into cold water and shape the seekh kebab
Brush the kabab with oil and place them on pan. Rotate the kabab in between ani brush oil if necessary. Cook it until brown.
