Soya granules - 120 grams
Onion - 100 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Capsicum - 100 grams
Ginger garlic paste
Coriander/Cumin/Saunf powder
Chilli powder
Pepper Powder

Coriander
Soak the soya granules in hot water for half hour and then drain the water.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Put Spices like clove, pice of cinnamon and bay leaf.
Add the Onions, Chilly and ginger garlic paste.
Add the Cumin/Coriander/Saunf powder. Also the Chilly powder and turmeric.
Once the onion turns golden brown add Tomatoes.
Once it cooks add the capsicum.
Add the Soya granules and let it simmer for a while.
Garnish with lemon and chopped coriander.
