Soya chunks 30 gm
Defatted soya flour 20 gm
onion 15 gm, capsicum 15 gm, ginger garlic paste half teaspoon
spices: black pepper, chat masala, garam masala, salt , coriander powder, red chilli powder , turmeric powder
For garnish: cut onion, green chilli, green coriander and 20 gm greek yogurt as a dip
Boil soya chunks. Squeeze its water completely and grind it in a grinder to a thick paste. Also grind the onion and capsicum separately. Mix both of the paste with the spices. Also mix the defatted soya flour in it so that rolling on skewer becomes easy as the dough firm up. On a skewer roll out these kebabs with hands. Keep them in fridge for few hours for it to be firm(optional). Then fry them in air frier at degree for to minutes, toss them once. I used around gm ghee with a brush on the air fried kebabs. Serve it with gm greek yogurt as a dip. Enjoyed my post workout snack with a cup of ☕
