Ingredients

Dosa batter-100gm

Soya chunks Powder-50gm

Ghee-5gm

cumin seeds powder -1/2 TSP, corainder,salt,red chilli powder according to taste,mixed veggies-50gm, Sambar powder-1/2tsp

lentil-50gm

Method

Step 1

Add soya chunks powder to the dosa batter and keep it aside for -mins...Grease the idli pan with a little ghee,pour the batter and steam it in a idli steam for minutes

Step 2

For Sambar- heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds powder ...let the mustard seeds splutter...add onions, tomatoes (all mixed veggies) ....saute it...add boiled toor daal(lentil) ...add some water...salt,red chilli powder,sambar powder, mix it and boil it for mins.... once done serve with hot soya idli
