Ingredients

1. Soya chunks 30gm. 2. Potato 80gm. 3. Besan 15gm. 4. Ghee 10gm. 5. Chopped onion one small with chopped small green chilli. 6. Chopped coriander and mint leaf. 7. Spices like Garam masala 1tsp, Chat masala 1tsp, Red chilli pad 1tsp, Salt to taste.

Method

Step 1

Boil Soya chunks in water with some salt and drain it's excess water, grind in small Mixi jar to rough paste and not to smooth consistency. . Boil potato and mash it. . Take a vessels and add this soya chunk paste mix with mashed potatoes with chopped onion and green chilli, coriander and mint leaf. Add spices and salt to taste and finally besan for binding. once all ingredients are mixed well, make a small tiki. . Heat small pan add ghee and fry this Tiki each side till golden brown. . Serve this super delicious soya chunk tiki with green chutney .
