Soya mini chunks- 100gms
Onions- 75gms
Tomatoes- 75gms
Green chilies- 4 to 5 pieces
Ghee- 15 gms
Ginger- one small piece
Bay leaves- Two
Cardamom- Two pieces
Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala powder.
Water- 400ml
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker . Add bay leaves, cardamom and onions . Saute until onions turn golden brown . Add ml water then add tomatoes, green chilies and ginger . Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder as per taste . Rinse mini soya chunks well and add to pressure cooker . Add kitchen king masala as per taste . Stir well on a low flame until water drains out. . Add ml of water and coriander powder . Pressure cook for two whistles on high flame. . Keep the same on a low flame for minutes and it’s done!
