Jeera Powder 5 gm
Coriander Powder 5 gm
Salt to taste
Jeera and mustard tadka 1 tsp
Spiced powder 2 tbsp (grind urad dal, toor dal, red chillies, pepper, jeera into corse powder)
Turmeric 1/4th tsp
Soak Soya Chunks in boiling water for mins. Add some salt to it while soaking.
Coarsely grind urad dal, toor dal, red chillies, pepper, jeera into powder.
Now squeeze out soya chunks and keep them in a separate bowl and add Tbsp of spiced powder, turmeric, jeera powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Now take a pressure cooker, add / cup water tbsp ghee and spiced soya chunks. Cook for whistles. Once the pressure is released add curd and mix well. Check the seasoning and add salt if required.
Now add jeera mustard tadaka and serve it with hot rice or rotis or just eat it plain.
