Spinach leaves -100 g
Soya chunks -40 g
Rice flour / wheat flour -5 g
Garlic finely chopped -5 pods
Ginger finely shredded -1/2 inch
Chilli green finely chopped-1 light green
Paneer/ cheese cube -10 g for garnishing
Oil/ butter/ghee - 5 g
Jeera - one pinch
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste- half tsp
Cardamom powder-1 pinch
Boil soya chunks in water with salt & half tsp ginger garlic paste Cool & squeeze extra water
Blanch spinach leaves , remove water
Grind blanched spinach with rice / wheat flour
Heat oil/ ghee /butter in a pan
Add jeera , garlic , ginger,chilli
After it is golden add spinach paste, salt & keep stirring
Add soya chunks
Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder
Garnish with shredded cheese or paneer Enjoyyyy
