Thinly sliced potato/boiled potato-80 g
Any pizza veggies like bell peppers etc Boiled corn - optional
All purpose seasoning / pizza seasoning
Soya granules/chunks- 40 g
Wheat flour-10 g
Cheese-2 cubes (50 g)
ginger garlic paste
Black Pepper powder
Salt
Butter - 5 g
Boil soya chunks/ granules in salted water Squeeze the water Add ginger garlic paste, pepper powder,chilli flakes and mix If using chunks mince them before adding paste
For sauce- Lightly roast flour in a non stick pan Cool and mix it with water to form slurry No lumps Then add - ml water and cook it till it thickens stirring continuously Add half cheese cube , little salt
Brush butter in the baking pan or non stick pan Layer potatoes Then spread soya granules over it Then add chopped veggies Pour white sauce Sprinkle all purpose seasoning, black pepper powder
Grate cheese on the top Cook on slow heat covered with lid for mins Or can bake at degrees for mins (keep checking after mins )
Cut portions and enjoy!!
