Measure gms of soya chunks and powder it into a flour Add gms of oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. Once it splutters add urad dal,curry leaves,green chillies and ginger. Sauté well. Add cup of water and add salt to taste. Bring this to a boil. Mix rice flour (gms) to the soya flour Add this mixture to the boiling water and mix well. The mixture should resemble a tough chapati dough,pliable and kneadable. Make dumplings out of the dough and steam for - minutes. Enjoy guilt free kozhukattais!!
