) Soak the soya chunks for minutes in hot water. After that squeeze out the extra water and grind them.
) Add chopped onions, green chilli, corriander leaves and grated ginger. Also add chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt as per your taste.
) Take small portion of the mix and bind it in shape of tikki. You can make around small tikkies with mentioned quantity.
) In a pan pour the oil and place the tikkies. Let the tikkies turn golden brown.
Tip: You can also add chopped carrots, boiled green peas and any other vegetable of your choice to make your tikki more colorful and healthy.
