1 tbsp psyllium husk
salt to taste
1tbsp green chutney
30gms cheese ๐ง
50gms tomato ๐
50gms potato ๐ฅ
50gms capsicum
50gms cucumber ๐ฅ
10gms butter
Use the wheat and soya flour to make chapatties. Add salt to taste and husk to make them softer. Use warm water to bind the dough.
Make chapatties, cook n keep aside.
On a heated pan, add gms butter. place chapatti, spread some green chutney, cover with a layer of sliced boiled potatoes and capsicum, grate half the cheese and cover with the nd chapatti.
for the nd layer, add the tomato ๐ and cucumber ๐ฅ slices, grate the remaining cheese and cover with the rd chapatti.
cover and cook on low flame for minutes.
flip and repeat on the other side.
the heat melts the cheese n helps hold everything in place.
