Soak gms soy chunks in boiling water for minutes and drain the water and marinate with lemon,salt, pepper and red chili powder . Cut your veggies in desired shapes- total veggies gms . Heat gms ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cloves (. each) and sauté . Add green chillies and mix , then add all vegetables . In the end add s rice and the marinated soy chunks, add salt and pepper as per taste and water add less than regular so that rice does not become mushy. In instant cooker I turned on pressure cook for minutes and regular cooker - whistles . Hot steamy pulao ready!
