shredded beetroot (50gm)
wheat flour (30gm)
lime juice (5ml)
spices of ur choice. I ve used (jeera powder, pepper, salt, shredded ginger, green chilli)
8gm coconut oil
✡bring water to rolling boil and turn off ✡cover and soak soya chunks in water for mins
✡ squeeeze water completely from soya chunks and add to mixer jar
✡add wheat and give a quick pulse
✡add all spice and the soy and wheat mix together
✡add shredded beetroot and make tikkis
✡heat skillet and place tikkis, drizzle oil and flip sides as and when needed
✡tastes yum when served with cashew(gm) + peanut(gm) + red chilli() dip (kcal) and curd (gm - kcal)
