Sooji/Semolina - 40gm

Curd - 30gm

Cheese slice - 3

Onion - 50gm

Tomato - 50gm

Capsicum - 50gm

Oil - 5gm

Eno ( Fruit Salt) - 1tsp

Salt as Required

Oregano

Chilli flakes

Method

Step 1

) Take a bowl and mix Sooji , curd and salt as per taste and make a smooth paste . ) Add water in paste as per your requirement and make it of same consistency as idli paste. ) Now keep it aside for min. ) Chop all the vegetables in small size . you can add any vegetable on ur pizza as per your choice. ) Now after min, add eno(Fruit Salt) into ur pizza batter and sprinkle little bit of water over batter and mix it well. ) Take a pan and apply half of oil on it and pour batter into it and spread it as like pizza base round and thick. ) Now cover the lid and cook it from one side and once cooked flip it on other side. ) Put one cheese slice on the pizza base and then add vegetables over that and then add other two slice over it and pour left over oil also on the pizza. ) Sprinkle Oregano and chilli flakes over Pizza. ) Cover the pan lid and let it cook. ) Cook it for - minutes and then check . once cheese slices melt, the pizza will be ready to serve and eat. ) Enjoy this simple yet tasty treat.
