Moong dal : 50gms( soak it in hot water for 2hrs)
Suji: 30gms
Soya minced flour : 30gm
Oil: As per macros
Spring onions: Finely chopped (10gms)
Green chillies : finely chopped (optional)
Baking soda : 2pinch
Yoghurt (optional):1-2 spoons
Salt as per taste
STEPS: .Make moong dal paste in blender .pour moong dal paste in to bowl . Add suji . Add minced soya flour . Mix well without any lumps . Add spring onions and green chillies mix well . Add pinch baking soda & salt and mix well . If you wish u can add - spoons of yoghurt (optional) . Mix well and keep it aside for - mins(you can keep it aside before preparing as much time you want) . Heat tawa , grease oil with brush(within macros) . Pour the mixed batter on to tawa like dosa and enjoy hot with yoghurt or side dish of your choice Note: This makes around - cheelas
