Paneer - 50 gms
Curd - 100 gms
Onion & Tomatoes - 100 gms together
Ghee - 5 gms
Spices - Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt - as per taste
Place a clean cotton cloth in bowl and add curd to it and then tie knots with all four corners of cloth and hang the curd for minutes approx. Thick Hung curd will be ready.
Dice the tomatoes into squares. Don't use the seeds portion.
Cut the paneer into square slices
To the hung curd add all spices and mix well
Add Paneer and diced veggies to the marinate and let it marinate for minutes approx
Take metal skewers and arrange onion, paneer and tomatoes one after the other
Cook from all sides over open flame on gas. Keep rotating to cook from all sides
When cooked slightly brush lightly with ghee. Be careful as flame flatters after adding ghee.
Cook evenly until charred
