Ingredients

Chicken breast :200gms

Dal of your choice :40gms( i have used mixed dal)

Cumin seeds : as per taste (1 tsp)

Ginger garlic paste: 2tsp

Corriander leaves : as much required by you

Turmeric powder :1/2tsp

Chilli powder :1tsp

Oil:5gms

Lemon squeeze : 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

STEPS: . Soak daal for few hours ( i soaked in hot water for hours) OR you can pressure cook dal separately and keep to save time . Heat pan , add oil , fry cumin seeds . Add chopped chicken breast pieces and fry well . Add ginger garlic paste and fry well . Add washed dal and fry well . Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry well . Add some hot water and cook well till dal is cooked and soft , if water evaporates keep adding until dal and chicken is cooked well . Once dal is cooked well add coriander leaves on top and give a turn and serve hot .squeeze some lemon and enjoy your daal chicken
