½ tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp mustard
few curry leaves, 2 green chili, handfull peanut,
onion, tomato(finely chopped)

firstly, roast cup vermicelli in tsp oil till it turns golden brown.
now in a kadai heat tsp oil tsp mustard, green chilli and few curry leaves.
also, add handful peanuts and roast till turn crunchy on low flame.
further, add tbsp onion and saute slightly
nxt add tomatoes and add salt, turmeric
also add green vegetable cover and cook for minutes or till vegetables turn soft.
add in cooked semiya, mix well and last add water. cover the min.
finally, serve semiya upma..
