Schezwan chutney
Toor Dal - 30 grams
Bottle Gourd - 100 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Spices
Prepare Paneer Schezwan Balls
Grate grams Paneer
Add tblsp Schzwan chutney
Add tblsp besan for binding
Mix well
Prepare balls out of it and place small cheese cubes in the ball
Balls are ready to fry
Prepare Sambhar
Saute Bottle Gourd and Onions in / teaspoon oil
Boil the toor dal and add sauted veggies in it
Add spices - Sambhar Masala, Chilli Powder, turmeric and Salt to taste
Let the dal cook for minutes
Presentation- Take a bowl and add the cooked balls. Pour some sambhar over it.
