Paneer - 100 gm

Mushroom, Brocoli,Spinach - 300 gm

Olive oil - 7 gm

Garlic,Green Chilli,Salt,Pepper Powder & Kabab Masala Powder - Optional for flavour #quantifiednutrition #recipes

Method

Step 1

Cut paneer into cubes (thin cubes) & add salt pepper & kabab masala powder & mix well

Step 2

In a non stick pan add gm oil & shallow fry paneer on low flame cook till a reddish brown color forms on both side

Step 3

In the same pan add rest oil, add chopped garlic & green chilli. Add brocoli & cook till they get soft. Then add mushroom & salt & pepper powder & cook for to min In the end add medium chopped spinach & cook for min Can also add cheese at the end to enhance taste & flavour Enjoy saute veggies with paneer cracker
