Ingredients

Toor dal 35 gms

Bottle Gourd,Beans, Drumsticks, Brinjal 50 gms each and cut into cubes

Onion, Tamato 1 small cut into cubes

Chilli powder,salt and Tamarind paste 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves, mustard seeds and cumin seeds,Dry red chilli

Oil 7 gms, Turmaric powder 1/4 tsp

Crushed 1 garlic clove

Uncooked Rice 40 gms

Method

Step 1

)In pressure cooker use washed toor dal and add enough water and cook for whistles ) in pan add oil once it's hot add cumin, mustard seeds, Dry Red chilli and curry leaves ) once mustard seeds spluttered add onions and saute until soft ) add all veggies ,salt and chill powder, turmaric powder ) cook until Tamatos soft ) Now add cooked dal and / liter water ) Boil for mins or until veggies cooked ) adjust seasoning and add Tamarind paste ) cook for mins then add cooked Rice to that ) serve Hot
