For sambar Pressure cook dal and veggies Add tamarind pulp and let it boil Heat oil Add curry patta,red chilli whole,mustard seeds and pour it over presure cooked dal Mix well Add sambar masala and boil for - min on med flame
For appe Heat appe pan l Brush it Take g oil in a spoon heat and add mustard seeds and curry patta chopped and pour in suji batter Add eno in the suji batter and mix well Pour this mix in appe pan and cover it Cook on low flame Turn once done Enjoy hot with sambar or chutney as per taste
