paneer -200gms onion- 70g tomato-70g garlic-10g ginger n gr.chilli as per taste cashew- 15g milk-30g curd-30g ghee-5g jeera-1/2tsp kitchen spices as per taste (salt,turmeric,chilli,coriander, drymango) garam masala- 1/4th tsp kasuri methi -1tsp
cut paneer into desired shape and keep aside
Heat a pan ,add all chopped veggies and nut and saute. add all the spices and little water and stir till aroma of spices comes out. let it cool and blend the mixture by adding curd and milk.
Heat a pan ,add ghee and jeera. Add the blended paste and stir for min . Add paneer cubes ,little salt and water (according to desired consistency) and cook on medium flame for min. Sprinkle some kasurimethi and coriander leaves.
