Wheat flour - 25 gms
Vegetables(Onions, tomatoes, green capsicum, mushroom) - 100 gms
Paneer - 10 gms
Cheese slice - 1
Salt
Mixed herbs
Chilli flakes
Knead wheat flour to make soft dough. Make a roti out of it. Leftover roti can also be used.
Chop all the vegetables and saute them on a non stick pan. Add small pieces of paneer to it. Add salt to taste. Saute till vegetables are partially cooked and has some crunch.
Toast the prepared roti on a non stick tawa. Flip it on both sides till it gets crispy.
Spread pieces of cheese slice over the roti. Also spread cooked vegetables over it. Let it cook for minute.
Sprinkle some mixed herbs and chilli flakes over the cooked pizza. Roti pizza is ready to eat.
