Chicken wings- 200gm
Butter- 5gm
Cheese- 20gm
Mixed herbs - as required
Ginger garlic paste- 5gm
Lime juice- 1tbsp
Salt and pepper- as required
Roasted fenugreek leaves- as required
Clean the wings by removing any layer of fat if any and put horizontal and vertical slits on it. Marinate it with ginger garlic paste, lime juice, salt and pepper powder overnight.
Take it out of the freezer atleast prior to hour of cooking. Add butter to the pan and let it turn hot, now add the chicken to it and roast it on high flame for minutes while flipping sides.
Now, sprinkle crushed fenugreek leaves and mixed herbs on all the sides and let it roast until it’s thoroughly cooked. You may add ml water and cover the lid to make this process faster.
Lastly add grated cheese and cover the lid after switching off the stove. Enjoy 😊
