Ridge guard-250 grams
Rice raw -50 grams
Salt
Turmeric
Ghee 5+5 grams
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tap
Dried red chili 1
Green chili 1
Garlic cloves 1
Cut the ridge guard and cut in to pieces along with the peel
Heat ghee in a pan and add split green chili,chopped garlic, curry leafs,salt, turmeric and diced ridge guard and sauté it for few minutes and let it cook on a slim flame with a lid on it
When it is cooked completely switch of the flame and let it cool down for a while
Now take it into a blender jar and grind it in to paste
Take a pan and add some ghee and add the tempering now add the paste in to it and cook for few more minutes
Now take the cooked rice and mix it with ridge guard paste and let it cook for few minutes and switch of the flame (if some one like to eat it spicy you can add some chili in to paste while cooking in tempering).
Serve hot and enjoy this is a feel good meal for your stomach 😊
