Ingredients

Rice - 70 gm

Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 150 gm

One cheese slice

Vegetables used - Cabbage , Capsicum & Mushroom - Total 250 gm

Oil/Ghee - 5 gm

Salt,Red Chilli Powder, Pepper,Garam Masala ,Cumin Powder ( Pepper,Garam Masala & Cumin Powder home made) Chicken 65 kabab masala powder

Half onion,chopped garlic ,ginger & green chilli

Method

Step 1

Cook rice to about percent & drain from water

Step 2

In a wok add oil/ghee. Add chopped ginger, garlic,green chilli & sliced onions.

Step 3

When onion becomes translucent add cabbage ,capsicum. Sprinkle salt,pepper,cumin,garam masala & kabab masala powder & cook on sim for min Add mushroom & cook for min. Add rice & stir properly & cover it and cook for to min on sim.In the end add cheese slice Done .

Step 4

For Paneer - Cut paneer into desired cubes . Add salt,pepper,cumin,red chilli & kabab masala powder. As I don't have barbeque at home,I use fork & roast it directly on flame. It tastes delicious
