For Rajma Pre soak rajma for - hrs Pressure cook rajma along with chopped onion,salt,turmeric Once done Heat oil(g) in a pan ,add jeera,kasuri methi and tomato grated and cook for mins Add salt red chilli powder turmeric and mix well Cook till oil separates Once done Add pressure cooked rajma and let it boil on sim flame for - min garnish with chopped green coriander before serving
For Nadru Palak Chopped Palak finely and slice nadru too Heat oil in pressure cooker and add hing,jeera,Palak & nadru Mix well Add salt,dry ginger powder,red chilli powder and pressure cook for whistles Immediately release the pressure and cook with lid for - min and itās done
