Kebab masala (ground kebab chini, chilli, cinnamon - you can add whatever flavour you like)

. Soak and boil rajma as notmal with salt. Take minimal water while pressure cooking . Cook soya granules and squeeze out excess water . Soak poha for minutes and then grind to a paste . Mix poha paste with rajma and soya and grind to a paste. . Add spices (i also added onion flakes and garlic powder - you can add minced garlic. Skip the fresh onion though) . Brush non stick tawa with oil, shape mixture as kebabs and slow cook. . Serve with onion rings ( i seasoned it with achari masala)
