Rajma ( 25gr ) Biryani Rice ( 60gr ) Onion ( 1 piece ) Ginger (1/4 inch ) Garlic ( 5 cloves ) Green Chilli ( 4 pieces ) Cooking Oil ( 10gr ) Jeera ( 1/2 tsp ) Cinnamon Stick ( 1/2 ) Green & Black Cardamom ( 1 each ) Rajma Choole Masala
Keep the Rajma soaked overnight. . In a cooker -- > Add Oil . Add Jeera, Cinnamon stick , Bay leaf , Black & Green Cardamom . Add chopped onions & cook it till it turns golden brown , then add GINGER - GARLIC paste to it. . Once the mixture turns golden add turmeric powder , salt, red chilli powder, rajma-choole masala . Add soaked Rajma add water & cover the lid & wait for - whistles. For Pullao: . In a cooker -- > Add Oil .Add Jeera, Cinnamon stick , Bay leaf , Black & Green Cardamom . . Add Biryani Rice & a pinch of salt. . Add water twice the amount of the rice & cover the lid . . Wait for whistles on high flame & open the lid after -min.
