Ragi flour :20 g
Rawa ( suji):20 g
Egg: one whole
Oil/ butter/ ghee :5 g
Stevia/ jaggery powder as per taste
Honey: to drizzle ( optional)
Mix seeds - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
Pomegranate seeds: for decoration
Beat one egg nicely
Add rawa & ragi flour & keep aside for - mins
Add water if required to form batter like idli batter consistency
Heat mini uttapam pan , brush oil / butter/ ghee
Add stevia/ jaggery powder as per taste
When pan is ready, add baking soda to batter & pour it in the pan
Cover with the lid for - mins
Turn & fry the other side properly
Drizzle half tsp honey for that glossy look
Decorate with some mix seeds & pomegranate seeds
