Ingredients

3Boiled Eggs cut 20g Ghee 50g Onion paste 50g Tomato paste 1Tbsp ginger garlic paste 1tsp red chilli 1tsp turmeric 1tsp salt 1tsp garam masala 1tsp jeers curry leaves coriander leaves green chilli

Method

Step 1

In pan take g ghee Add / tsp turmeric ,red chilli, salt cook on low flame Add / cup water and cook the spices. Add boiled eggs and cook till spices are coated on them. In other pan add g ghee jeera & curry leaves Add Onion paste and saute till pink. Add tomato paste,green chili and ginger garlic paste.Saute Add /tsp salt, turmeric, red chilli and saute. Add cups of water and cook covered for min on medium flame. Add garam masala and roasted eggs. Cook covered for min. Garnish with coriander leaves Enjoy🙂
