Red chilli powder

Roast egg plant on flame 🔥 till it get soft
Heat kadai,add g oil and add jeera and chopped onion,sauté for mins
Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric and mix well
Add chopped tomato and cook till oil separates
Meanwhile clean roasted egg plant and add pulp to onion tomato gravy and mix well
Cover and cook at low flame
For prantha Grate pumpkin and chop methi,add in wheat flour,add salt,ajwain and make a dough
Roll in desired shape and shallow fry
Check bharta,if u see oil on sides,it’s done! Serve hot with prantha and some salad 🥗
