sour curd 80g, 10g whey protein powder (Choco flavor), 1 banana, 30g whole wheat flour, 50g soya flour, 2 eggs
small pinch of salt, small pinch of baking powder
water to adjust consistency
vanilla essence 2 drops, cinammon powder for extra flavor (optional)
Sift together the dry ingredients, whisk eggs with sour curd to get a fluffy mixture. combine all ingredients except the banana.
heat pan and lightly grease a pan/ non-stick pan with little butter. Spread a ladle full of batter to make thin cakes and let it cook till slightly brown on one side. Flip to cook other side till golden brown. repeat steps to make all cakes in similar manner.
use banana and remaining butter for the topping. u may also use little honey or sugar free maple syrup as a topping. can use seasonal berries/fruits for the topping as well.
