Wheat pasta : 30gms( boiled and strained)
Soya milk : 150 ml +50ml( for boiling + for whey)
Whey protein : 1 scoop ( used white chocolate raspberry flavour here)
Raisins :2gms
Desiccated coconut : just drizzle some
Kesar strands few
Cardamom powder: pinch
Stevia as per taste
STEP: . Heat non stick pan .Add soya milk( ml only here ) . Bring it to boil by stirring with equal intervals on medium flame . Add kesar strands , cardamom powder pinch, stevia and stir well . Bring it to boil . Add boiled pasta . Boil for another - mins, pasta kheer is ready . Now take a shaker or blender add ml milk& whey protein powder) mix well /blend well . Serve pasta into a bowl , let it cool down to room temperature ( you had add even when hot) . Add the whey shake prepared to the pasta and mix well , refrigerate and serve chilled or you can have hot if you like it hot . Add some raisins and desiccated coconut if you like
