Soak soya chunks in warm water for min
.Squeeze water from chunks and air fry or pan fry till golden brown.i cooked in air fryer for min at
Heat ghee in a pan and add cardamoms,cloves,cumin and add tsp water and mix
Add curd and mix well and let it cook for min
Add fennel seeds powder,dry ginger powder,salt as per taste and soya chunks and mix well
Add / cup water and cover the lid and cook for min
It’s ready to serve. Garnish with green coriander Can be served with steam rice or chapatis Soya chunks can be replaced by paneer, mushroom or Lauki and even mutton & Chicken
