Ingredients

Soya chunks 60g

Rajmah 80g

Chopped Onion 50g

Chopped Red chili

Chopped Green chili

Salt

Chopped coriander leaves

Method

Step 1

Soak Rajmah overnight and keep aside.

Step 2

In a pot take soaked rajmah, soya chunks add water and salt and boil till rajmah is cooked. Once it’s boiled let it cool down.

Step 3

In a mixer add boiled rajmah & soya chunks add salt rea chili powder and water if required very little and grind it.

Step 4

Remove the mixture in a bowl and add chopped onion, red chili, green chili and coriander leaves and mix everything together. Make shape of tikki and air fry for minutes at degree.

Step 5

Please note : check in between if one side is done you need to flip other side. You can fry it on a pan also.
