Roughly chop the tomatoes, onion, veggies, potatoes and keep aside. Use the leftover vegetable skin to make a stock. Now sauté the chopped ingredients except tomatoes in a kadai. Add salt and leave the vegetable to cook until they become translucent Now add the chicken and sauté it for few minutes Add tomatoes lastly and slow cook the entire food items Lastly add the stock, bring it to boil. Adjust the taste with salt, pepper and dried herbs. You can add a table spoon of rice as a garnish and to make the smooth more balanced.. Vegetarians can consider adding Tofu in place of chicken and adjust the calories
