Ingredients

Soya Granules- 50 grams

Paneer- 50 grams

Mushrooms- 100 grams (Finely Chopped)

Spices- half teaspoon grated ginger and garlic, salt and pepper, chilli flakes, paprika powder (DID NOT COUNT CALORIES)

Sauce- Soya Sauce (DID NOT COUNT CALORIES)

Method

Step 1

Soak soya granules and drain all the water. Dry roast till it gets dry / little toasty. Crumble the paneer. In a non-stick pan, grate half teaspoon ginger and half teaspoon garlic. Cook for seconds and add the paneer. The paneer will start browning and release some water. Add mushrooms - keep stirring till the mixture gets dry. Add soya and continue cooking for another mins. Add Salt, Pepper, Soya sauce,Chilli flakes, Paprika powder. Set aside. Wash and clean lettuce leaves. Fill in the filling and roll it up. Enjoy 😀
