Ingredients

Raw rice-50 g

Prawns-100 g

Bottle gourd-- 100 g ( finely chopped)( optional)

Onion-50 g ( optional )

Khada masala-Whole spices- bay leaves 2-3,star anise-1,black pepper5-6,cinnamon-1-2,cloves2-3

Shredded coconut - 1 tsp-3 g

Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp

Red chilli powder-1 tsp

Turmeric powder-1 tsp

Dhania powder-1 tsp

Salt to taste

Biryani/ pulao/ Garam masala-half tsp

Ghee/ coconut oil-2 tsp ( 6 g )

Chopped corriander/ mint leaves

Lemon juice-1 tsp

Method

Step 1

clean and devein prawns ,marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,chilli powder& tsp lemon juice, dhania powder

Step 2

Wash & drain rice

Step 3

In a pressure pan brush ghee & add whole spices , add rice and keep stirring for - mins

Step 4

Remove & keep aside

Step 5

Now heat remaining ghee ,add onion , stir till it is golden & transparent

Step 6

add turmeric ,ginger garlic paste ,finely chopped lauki , salt, stir , now add prawns , keep stirring for - mins

Step 7

Add double amount of water (rice : water :)

Step 8

When the water boils add rice & Biryani/ pulao/ Garam masala-half tsp pressure cook

Step 9

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves ,and one tsp of shredded coconut Enjoy!!!!!!
