Sprouts - 75gms
Soya Flour - 15 gms
Curd - 25 gms
oil - 5 ml
Mozrilla cheese - 50 gms
Vegetables (Capsicum, Tomato, Onion)
Pizza Sauce as per need
Oregano as per need
Chilli Flakes as per need
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - a pinch
For base - use dried sprouts and grind in the mixture.
Add soya flour , baking soda, baking powder, curd, some salt and chilli flakes to the sprouts mixture
Blend them well and keep it aside for mins. ( can add more spices as per choice)
Apply some oil to the pizza pan and spread the mixture to pan and bake it for ten minutes(or make it like usual besan chilla on tawa)
Once a side is baked - flip the side and now add veges cheese orgenao chilli flakes to the cooked side and again keep it on heat untill cheese is fully melted
Chilla pizza is ready to serve
