Rice flour - 50g
Besan / bengal gram flour - 50g
any green veggies (snake gourd/ beans/ spinach) - 100g
oil - 5g
salt, turmeric, asofoetida

Chop the greens finely
in a bowl, add besan, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, asofoetida
mix in the greens of your choice and finely chopped chillis as per taste
add water and knead to consistency with which u can make a ball of the dough that stays together
in a steamer/ idli vessel, place the balls of dough and steam for around mins
take some oil in a pan, temper with mustard seeds and add the steamed pidithan and stir fry to add some crunch
enjoy as is or with green chutney
