Ingredients

Roasted Peanuts

Noodles or Ramen

Soy sauce

Garlic

Oil

Chilly flakes

Sesame seeds for garnish

Cucumber for garnish

Bean sprouts for garnish

Method

Step 1

Roast some peanuts (i took gms only). Once roasted separate the skin. Then grind it in a mixer grinder or if too less then use the pestle. . Boil the noodles and once boiled strain it and store the noodle water( will need it for the sauce). I took g of uncooked noodles . Finely chop garlic and keep aside. (As much as u like, there’s nothing called too much garlic!) . In a bowl add the ground peanut, salt as per taste, soy sauce ( tsp), chilli flakes as per your tolerance, and four tsp of the noodle water stored earlier. Mix mix mix . Heat a pan and add two tsp oil of choice (not mustard or coconut). Once hot add the garlic and fry until golden brown . Add the sizzling oil to the bowl with the mixture of soy sauce, peanuts etc and mix mix mix . Add the boiled noodles and mix mix mix . Fry an egg- sunny side up or scrambled or any other way. I like my yolk firm and cooked properly . Finely chop some cucumber with the peel for the extra colour and extra crunch. Remember to clean the cucumber thoroughly . Place the noodles in a bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped cucumber slices,fried egg and bean sprouts. Voila!! You have your K- Drama inspired noodles to slurp on. P.S.- You can add spring onions if available in the garnish
