1)For Peas mixture Green peas-100g ginger-1/2inch gr.chilli-as per taste oil-0.5tsp salt to taste,little garam masala,and mango powder.
2) dough wheat flour-70gm salt to taste ghee-1tsp( for parathas)
3) Tomato chutney tomato-100g(chopped) gr.chilli-1 asafoetida-pinch onion seeds-a pinch ghee-0.5tsp salt to taste,turmeric,mango powder,red chilli powder, sugar(optional)-1tsp ( may also use stevia)
) blend peas ,ginger,chilli together. heat pan add oil,and the peas paste. stir fry for min at medium flame. add all spices mix well till its little dry.
) prepare a dough by adding water. make a chapati filling the peas mixture and use remaining ghee to make parathas.
) heat a pan ,add ghee,onion seeds,asafoetida, tomatoes, gr.chill and all spices and add little water. cover with lid for min till tomatoes are soft. garnish with coriander leaves.
