Ingredients

cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, bottle guard, onion tomato, ginger, garlic (one only), peas( very little), paneer, pav bhaji masala, garam masala, salt, turmeric, red pepper, lemon, corrinder leaves

Method

Step 1

boil all veggies after washing and cutting in a cooker...get whistles... in other pan take gm oil add onion sauté till light brown add garlic and ginger and chilli paste, sauté well.. add tomatoes sauté and cover the pan to let it cook well...till then mash the veggies got boiled in cooker now add all spices pav bhaji masala, garam masala corrinder powder red chilli and turmeric mix well add the boiled mashed veggies mix well add some water make it to boil.... lastly add lemon and corrinder leaves and paneer
