One onion
2 tomatoes
5 long beans
Capsicum (green bell peppers)
One medium sized carrot
10 gm of oil
2 eggs (scramble)
6 cloves of Garlic
Small piece of ginger
One table spoon of salt
One table spoon of chilli powder
One table spoon of dhaniya powder
One table spoon of jeera powder
Coriander for garnishng
Pasta seasoning (if not just use Indian garam masala powder)
Take a medium size bowl and boil hot water and add drops of oil, pinch of salt and then gm of pasta to it and let it cook until it becomes al-dente( firm to the bite) and keep the bowl aside. Take a small pan and add eggs and scramble it and keep a side. Now take the frying pan and let the pan heat for seconds add gm of oil, cloves of garlic and small piece of ginger, then add diced onions let it sit it pan for minutes until it turns brown colour. Add all the chopped veggies (carrot, beans, green bell peppers) and close the lid for to minutes and let it cook. Then add small tomatoes sliced and close the lid for minutes then add the pasta and stir for minutes, then add one table spoon of salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and jeera powder. Then add the scrambled eggs into it and it now ready to serve.
