Whole masala optional

Oil or ghee or butter

Coriander

Method

Step 1

Add oil or ghee or butter to a pan Then add Jeera, Whole masala ( clove, cardamom, cinnamon), Green chilli finely chopped, Half onion Turmeric, Ginger garlic paste, Veggies Carrots,peas,corn sauté then for min on medium flame. Then add Panner ( grated or shredded with hand) Add some coriander powder and garam masala ( optional) Then cut the peppers and remove the seeds, cut then in such a way that they can hold the stuffing. Stuff into peppers and bake on degrees for - minutes Or slow cook on a pan with lid on top.
