Some saffron strands
Pomegranate seeds - 70 grams

Brush the warm pan with coconut oil, add scrambled paneer (mashed with hands) and yogurt, let it cook for about mins or till the paneer yogurt mixture looks a little dry. Add stevia and cardamom powder.
Remove the mixture in a bowl and let it cool. Now add pomegranate seeds.
I had kept - tbsp yogurt separate, added some coffee and let it mix well. I also added a little stevia. Now add this in the paneer bowl and let it cool in refrigerator. Enjoy.
